Eneas Seals Bethel Spring Series

In what was easily the most challenging of weather conditions in the Bethel Spring series (In what has already been a very cold spring), light rain and gusty winds broke up the mens elite field from the start. Eneas rode aggressively in the early laps finding himself solo for the 1st part of the race eventually coming back into the fold of a small escape group. With 10 laps remaining Eneas made a finale and decisive move and soloed for his 4th consecutive win, and sealing the overall GC victory with 2 races still to come.

Battenkill Training Session Photo's

After 3 Saturday's of training with endurance coach Eneas Freyre throwing in some hill circuit training, a couple of flats, a little wind, and some dirt roads thrown in for good measure, our TTEndurance athletes are ready to tackle the Battenkill Cycling Race on April 5th.

A clean bike is a fast bike!

Continuing our monthly socials we will be holding a triathlon symposium on Thursday, May 1st at 7pm.  There will be drinks and refreshments with pro-triathlete Dominic Gillen sharing some of his firsthand knowledge from years of competing in the sport at the highest level.

Also appearing and fielding questions will be Pascale Butcher who brings an ocean of experience to the table as both as an outstanding age group triathlete and a renowned race director.

Hope to see you there, happy training!

TTEndurace Athletes Keep it Rolling into Spring

More tremendous race results for TTE Coaches Eneas Freyre and Tim Milenkevich this Sunday. Eneas won the 3rd Race of the Bethel Spring Series in dominating fashion: Lapping the field and triumphantly soloing the final six loops. Earlier that day at Jennings Beach in Fairfield, Timothy ran away from the field to win the St. Patrick's Day 4-Miler in 21:02, a 1:34 margin of victory.

In addition to these overall triumphs, several other TTE'rs had outstanding runs in Fairfield.  To be commended for their age-group podium races were Pascale Butcher, running 30:03 for 2nd, Christine Vincent clocking 6:55 per mile for silver in her respective AG and Krister Holm taking bronze in the M45-49 division. Great racing.  Steadfast attention to excellence in training will most often yield an A-1 outcome on raceday!
